This monument brings back a time that romanticized Civil War heroes. There are four figures – a Commissar, a Red Army soldier, a sailor and a partisan stand together. Rifles are cast up in a victorious vertical. 20 years later they decided to build a cathedral on the place where the memorial once stood, so it was necessary to move it to where it now stands in front of the Sports Palace building.
Address: Labor Union Square in front of the Sports Palace
